Role Overview
We now have an exciting opportunity for a Pavement Solutions Manager to join the team. The position will be based at our Brisbane Office in Archerfield.
This position is responsible for supporting the overall sales and service goals and objectives for the pavement solution product lines within Position Partners and will pro-actively look at our market segments and determine how we can continue to deliver new products suited to our market solutions as well as solve our customer challenges around paving solutions.
The position will ensure the company is established as a major market player in the product line across Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia by successfully managing high levels of customer satisfaction and growth of sales and profitability of the product line.
Reporting to the Strategic Business Development Executive Manager this position will also be for a number of key responsibilities including the following;
- Leading and managing unit resources, external consultants and contractors in support of goals and objectives and the provision of timely and cost effective services.
- Providing advice and developing strategies in relation product launches and other sales and marketing campaigns
- Formulating a strategy and plan around the development and new growth of emerging sales within the Pavement business unit across Position Partners
- Driving marketing and sales campaigns with the National Marketing Communications Manager
- Ensuring that systems, processes and methodologies are developed and followed for effective business engagement and delivery
- Appraising markets and the demand and contribute to setting new paving required solutions
- Maintain customer records and complete reports via company CRM system as directed
- Contribute to sales forecast process for inventory replenishment and financial outlook via company process and system
- Participate in exhibitions and other industry or company organised events, as required
- Business planning around the introduction of new product lines
- Managing supplier training activities for sales personnel. Conduct training as required.

- Competent financial acumen to assess future levels of profitability and cash flow
- Sales management experience
