Position Partners to tour Australia with dedicated Technology Roadshow

Position Partners has announced an Australia-wide Technology Roadshow that will see the company’s custom-designed display trailer travel across every state and territory over an eight-month period.

“With so much development in civil infrastructure and mining across regional Australia, we feel it is important to take the latest technology right around the country as well as state capital cities,” said Martin Nix, Position Partners CEO.

“As a company, we are uniquely positioned to help our customers across their survey, GNSS, machine control and spatial technology needs, and our custom-trailer provides the perfect forum to showcase our project solutions and discuss individual requirements,” he said.

Each roadshow event will include live product demonstrations and presentations on new technology such as aerial and mobile vehicle mapping, Tokara fleet and site management solutions, AllDayRTK Network RTK positioning, plus the latest in Topcon machine control and survey systems.

CPD points will be awarded where eligible, and all attendees will go into a draw to win one of eight Apple iPads.

In addition, Position Partners is offering free UHF Radio Licensing Workshops to update customers on the latest industry developments.

The first roadshow for the year will be held in Canberra on May 1-2. From there the trailer will travel into Western NSW, to Sydney’s CIVENEX show in mid-May and up through Norther NSW into Queensland.

Queensland shows will incorporate key development areas including Roma, Emerald, Moranbah, Gladstone, Rockhampton, Mackay, Townsville and Mt Isa. The trailer will make its way through the centre of the country, then down to Alice Springs, Roxby Downs, Adelaide and Whyalla before heading to Western Australia.

WA shows will be equally extensive, with events in Kalgoorlie, York, Karratha, Port Hedland, Broome, Kununurra and Darwin in the Northern Territory. The trailer will travel to Victoria and visit Bendigo, Albury, Geelong, Warrnambool and Sale and then cross the Bass Strait to Tasmania with final shows in Launceston and Hobart during November.
